He did a good job explaining what he was doing and what needed to be done, while leaving the final decisions up to me. They fixed my Bosch Dishwasher in less than 2 hours. Made a quick visit of 15min, identified the problem, and few days later came back and got it fixed. Amazing services and very good communication too! Easy to call and schedule. Good price!

I called him in the morning and he came to look at my Bosch dishwasher the same afternoon. He was able to order the part and repair the Bosch dishwasher the next day, all for a very reasonable price. We had a great experience working with Vancity Appliance Service. Our washing machine stopped working and Vancity was about to make a service call within a few hours of me contacting them. The pricing was clear and upfront and the individual working on our machine was very careful and respectful of our home while doing his work. The technician was able to repair our Blomberg washer in about 90min and had the required parts on hand to complete the job. Great experience. Highly recommended!

My old washing machine was broken. Zachary and his colleague help me recycling the old machine and installing the new one. My old washing machine and dryer were huge (one piece), it was really hard to move it out from my apartment's bathroom. Zachary and his colleague tried really hard and took them a lot of time and they got it done.

Hired on March 31st 2022 for a washing machine repair...didn't know what I actually needed as it wouldn't drain properly.
Pros:
On time: I called Zachary on a Thursday early evening and he came the next day between 1-3pm on time.
Price: Very reasonable. Paid about $177 for the washer to be opened up...had to trouble-shoot it with it draining; he tried a few options. Turned out there were two socks stuck in the drum. Glad it wasn't a burnt motor.
Cons: Nothing. Other than the soaks being stuck but that was my fault. Zachary was great! Thanks Man!

I first met Zak when we moved into our condo and needed to fix the stove, he came when he said he would, repaired it in an hour and charged me less than $200.
Later the dishwasher broke and Zak brought and installed a new one for less than $700.
Most recently, our dryer (which we use daily) broke and Zak came out within 2 days and fixed it on the spot for less than $200.00
Zak is my go to guy for appliance problems...really smart, really interesting and really efficient. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Zachary was an excellent plumber. Our washing machine broke down and within a couple days he had diagnosed the machine, sourced a new part and fixed the machine. Would highly recommend. He was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
